Ferla USA Shipping & Handling Policies

Standard Shipping FerlaUSA.com processes and ships most orders within one business day, operating from Monday through Friday. We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Protectorates. Expected delivery times range from 2 to 8 business days. Please be aware that delivery to some overseas APO, DPO, and FPO locations may extend up to 15 business days.

Expedited Shipping Expect your package to arrive within 2 business days. To ensure same-day shipping, expedited orders must be placed by Noon PCT. Orders received after 12 PM PCT are shipped the following business day. For instance, an order placed at 7 PM PCT on Monday with two-day shipping will be dispatched on Tuesday and arrive by Thursday. Please note, Saturday delivery is not available.

Overnight Shipping Packages are set to arrive on the next business day. Orders for overnight delivery must also be placed by Noon PCT to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 12 PM PCT will ship the next business day. For example, an order placed at 7 PM PCT on Monday for overnight delivery will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. Saturday delivery is currently unavailable.

International Shipping We ship internationally to Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, with expected delivery times of 5 to 9 business days.
